Wood Plaques for Recognition Awards

Our solid wood plaques are made from the finest American Walnut while our cherry finished plaques are excellent for the budget minded. The engraving plates for our wood plaques are either Florentine black brass, Marble Mist brass, textured or high gloss.

Our Economy wood plaque series is a great inexpensive plaque. They are a cherry finished plaque with either a high gloss or Marble Mist engraving plates. The high gloss wood plaque award plates are available in black, burgundy or blue while the Marble Mist wood awards are available in blue, teal green on sienna. These wood plaque awards are an exceptional value.

Our new line of Fusion plaques are contemporary in style, traditional in function. Our high tech award plaques features lustrous ebony or rosewood piano finished plaques which are than adorned with sleek, modern, brushed aluminum accents, custom cut acrylic and intricately patterned sheet metal.

Our new line of Stonecast plaques represent strength and leadership with the majestic eagle or star stream frame which is finished in an antique silver or gold. The Freedom plaque features a finely detailed eagle mounted on an ebony or rosewood piano finished plaque. The Nova plaque comes with an easel plaque and may be wall mounted or displayed on a desk. each Nova plaque features a black brass or black aluminum engraving plate.

Artwork Requirements

If you choose to send logo's and artwork via email, send it here. We work on a PC, not a Mac, so please save the file to a PC format. To have a quality engraved award requires the receipt of artwork that contains no color, grayscales, or halftones. We prefer a vector file created in either CorelDraw 12 and under (converted to curves) or Adobe Illustrator CS2 and under (converted to outline) such as .ai, .cdr or .eps. If a vector file is not available, we can work with a black and white 300 dpi .tif file with the image being at least 2" x 2" large. We sometimes can use .pdf files if it is of high quality and in black & white. Photocopies will not work. If you have any doubts, please send us the original and we will return it with your order. If the artwork needs to be cleaned up for your corporate award, we charge $60.00 an hour, with a minimum of $15.00. You will be notified if your logo needs work prior to us starting on the acrylic award. If you submit a black & white vector file, (.cdr, .ai or .eps) we are 95% sure that there will be no added charge. For the verbiage you want engraved on the awards we would prefer that you send us a Word document as an attachment to an email using the fonts you would like used.

The 2 plaques below comes in either a redwood or black piano high gloss finish and comes in two sizes. Both are designed to be either hung on the wall or stand up with both having felt covered backs and 2 gold pins that screw into the back to allow them to stand. The engraving is done on 1/4" glass or acrylic that comes with the plaques and are attached to the wood plaque with 4 gold pins. The glass/acrylic is elevated by a 1/4" off the plaque

The wood plaques that appear below are finished with a cherry wood finish. The Economy Series is a great economical plaque. These plaques are available with a high gloss black or a marble mist plate in blue (shown below), green, teal or sienna.
