BIG SKY AWARDS

If you choose to send logo's and artwork via email to us at Big Sky awards, send it to artwork@artglassw.com  We work on a PC, not a Mac, so please save the file to a PC format. To have a quality engraved recognition award requires the receipt of artwork that contains no color, grayscales, or halftones. We prefer a vector file created in either CorelDraw X3 (fonts converted to curves) and lower or Adobe Illustrator CS2 and lower (fonts converted to outlines),  such as .ai, .cdr or .eps.  If a vector file is not available, we can work with a black and white 300 dpi .tif file with the image being at least 2" x 2" large.  We sometimes can use .pdf files if it is of high quality and in black and white.  Photocopies will not work.  We cannot work with a logo that is embedded in a Word document and we cannot open Word Perfect files.  We also cannot work with Publisher or PowerPoint files.  If the artwork needs to be cleaned up for your corporate award, we charge $60.00 an hour, with a minimum of $15.00. You will be notified if your logo needs work prior to us starting the award. If you submit a black & white vector file, (.cdr,  .ai or .eps) we are 95% sure that there will be no added charge.

Please note that extremely file lines in logo's and fonts don't reproduce well in crystal, glass or marble.  If you need it reproduced exactly, we strongly recommend you using acrylic for your awards since a laser can do much finer lines than sandblasting which is the method used for glass, marble and crystal awards.
